Position : After-School Nanny

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 3 : 00 PM–7 : 00 PM

Start Date : January 5, 2025

Compensation : $26–$28 / hour

Family Overview :

The Family is seeking a dependable and experienced after-school nanny to care for their two active children, ages 9 and 11, and to provide support in managing daily routines and after-school activities. The family also has a friendly dog, so comfort with pets is important.

Responsibilities :

• Safely pick up children from Washington International School (1690 36th Street NW, Washington, DC).
• Transport children to and from after-school activities, primarily swim practice.
• Prepare and provide nutritious snacks and light meals before practices.
• Ensure children have all necessary gear and are organized for activities.
• Assist children in getting started on homework after activities.
• Handle light household duties such as tidying common areas, managing the dishwasher, or folding laundry as needed.
• Engage with the children in a positive, supportive, and encouraging manner.
