About the Role

The Company is in search of a Director for its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This key leadership role is focused on driving the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial reports, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Collaboration with senior management on strategic financial planning and decision-making is also a critical aspect of the position. The ideal candidate should have a CPA or CFA qualification, a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, and a strong background in financial analysis, variance reporting, and insurance statutory accounting. Applicants for the Director - FP&A role at the company should possess a CPA or CFA qualification, a minimum of five years' experience in financial planning and analysis, and a proven track record in a leadership position. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis is essential, as is a solid understanding of corporate finance and information analysis. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to influence and engage with both direct and indirect reports. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, making sound decisions, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Experience with financial software, particularly NetSuite, and a background in insurance statutory accounting are also important qualifications for this position.
