About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced Account Development Executive to join us in Houston, TX. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing a strong customer portfolio, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to retain, upsell, and elevate existing accounts.
- Proactively attract and win new customers through prospecting and networking.
- Grow your book of business with full support from our pricing and operations teams.
- Build long-term partnerships by truly understanding each customer’s needs.
- Travel to meet with customers face-to-face and close business with confidence.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in field sales or account management in transportation, logistics, or brokerage.Data-driven, relationship-focused, and results-oriented.An active book of business, mostly LTL based.No non-compete agreement.Willing to be on the road visiting customers face-to-face to close new businesses.Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Proven track record in sales and account management.Preferred Skills
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.Familiarity with CRM software.Perks
