Whether you're prescribing medication, ordering labs, or offering a few calm words during a difficult visit, your presence will matter deeply. You'll have the autonomy to practice independently, and the support of a dedicated, close-knit team that shares your mission to care with compassion. You'll need an active NP license and national board certification , as well as the confidence to manage a variety of clinical situations with both expertise and empathy. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or RN is always welcome, and BLS / ACLS certifications are a bonus.
