Hardware Specialist

A company is looking for a Hardware Specialist in Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and process sales orders and RMA requests, ensuring accuracy and prioritization

Coordinate shipping logistics and update shipment statuses in relevant systems

Analyze data to identify trends and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications :

1-2 years of relevant experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred

Familiarity with payment terminals and technical support is advantageous

Background in ordering, distribution, or supply chain management is a plus
