Job description

We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical, cognitive abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' daily functioning and independence.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements :

  • Current Occupational Therapy license in WI.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
