Job description

Director job at Chick-fil-A. Ohio. This position requires you to be at least 21 years of age. Has a $800 insurance coverage contribution, complimentary meal during each shift, plus a 50% discount for family members.     • Compensation & Perks

  • Pay : $20–$25 / hr (≈ $41,600 – $52,000 annually, based on 40 hrs / week)
  • Schedule : 38–50 hours / week; open availability required. Sundays off + 1 additional day.
  • Paid Time Off : 1 week PTO — take time to rest and recharge.
  • Health Benefits : $800 monthly medical contribution.
  • 401(k) : Launching Q1 2026.
  • Food Perks : $10 per shift (≈ $2,600 annually) + 50% off family meals when dining in with you.
  • Uniform Allowance : $300 / year apparel + $150 / year for shoes.

  • Checklists : 90%+ completion rate across BOH, FOH, and cleaning systems.
  • Guest Experience (CEM) : Top 20% in all metrics.
  • Food Safety : No high-risk or repeat violations.
  • Quality Audits : 99% or higher.
  • SAFE Daily Criticals : 100% completion.
  • Productivity : $70+ daily average.
