About The Position

Mid South Rehab in Fayetteville, TN is located in the Donalson Care Center, 1681 Winchester Hwy, Fayetteville, RN 37334. Patient population includes geriatric, post-op ortho, and acute neuro. 2 OTs, 1 PT, 1 SLP, 1 PTA, 2 PRN COTAs. Administration and nursing staff are all very personable and will assist in any way! Regional director onsite often but always available 24 / 7 by phone / text / email. Typical caseload includes Evaluations, PNs, D / Cs, and Sups- Adult-geriatric : Primarily treated for Falls, ortho repairs, elective knee / hip replacements, CVA, Weakness. LTC / NH : PartB Evaluations, PNs, D / Cs, and Sups-Adult-Geriatric Flexible therapy hours from 7AM-6PM with Sun-Sat rolling schedule. EMR : Net Health Super friendly and supportive team. Housing in nearby Lincoln Co, Lynchburg, and Huntsville
