The Company is seeking a VP of Security and Digital Transformation to lead the global vision for IT, cybersecurity, systems architecture, and security across its manufacturing operations. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving secure, scalable, and innovative digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and protect the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the digital and security future of the company's global manufacturing operations, leading transformative initiatives that impact thousands of employees, and driving innovation across borders. Key responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for global security programs, championing safety protocols, defining security standards for the production lifecycle, and leading strategic partnerships to align product security expectations.
Candidates for this role must have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience as a VP in IT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation within the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of leading global teams and enterprise-scale technology initiatives. A deep understanding of OT / IT convergence, industrial control systems, and smart manufacturing technologies is essential, as is a strong knowledge of cloud platforms, ERP systems, and cybersecurity frameworks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or TOGAF are highly desirable. The VP will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining a global cybersecurity vision, leading risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with international standards.
