Pay Information $65 to $70 per hour About The Position Overview : The Float Pool offers flexible staffing across all six facilities within the network. Travelers in this pool must be highly skilled and capable of handling the full scope of their patient load without additional support, ensuring they are prepared to provide holistic care to all patients as needed. The needs for positions in the Float Pool may vary by skillset, and candidates should be adaptable, capable of working across various units and facilities. Flexibility, independence, and a broad skillset are essential for success in this role. Requirements :  Must be skilled to handle the full scope of patient care without support  Able to work independently and provide care across a variety of units 2. ED / Med Tele Float Pool Responsibilities : This float pool will support both med / tele and emergency departments throughout the network. Primary focus : Med / tele units, but may also be required to work in emergency rooms. Shift Notification : Travelers will be notified approximately 2 hours prior to their shift where they are expected to report for the day. Mid-Shift Floating : There is a possibility of being floated mid-shift depending on operational needs.
