At Room & Board, we're seeking a Retail Leadership Associate to round out our tenured, operationally strong leadership team in San Francisco. Your primary area of focus will be to foster relationships, mentor staff members, and champion a customer-first culture. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position in a sales-focused, customer-centric environment. With approximately 65% of leadership time spent on the showroom floorand 100% on weekendsyou'll be a visible, accessible leader who builds trust, fosters relationships, and inspires growth.

Showroom Location : 685 Seventh Street, San Francisco, CA 94103

Store Hours :

Monday - Friday : 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday : 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Sunday : 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Schedule : Sunday - Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. This schedule is subject to change to meet the needs of the business so flexibility with your schedule is necessary.

How you'll contribute as a Retail Leadership Associate :

• Lead from the floor, engaging with customers and supporting associates in real time.
• Coach and develop staff members, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Champion an extraordinary customer experience by applying strategic insight and building meaningful relationships.
• Collaborate with fellow leaders to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Create engaging showroom experiences, including events that deepen customer relationships and attract new audiences.
