ProspectBlue is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized individual to join a reputable law firm in Virginia Beach, VA as a Legal Receptionist . This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a polished, fast-paced office environment.

As the first point of contact for the firm, you will welcome clients and visitors both in person and over the phone with a warm and positive attitude. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls with clarity and warmth

Prepare client intake packets

Draft and format professional correspondence

Organize and maintain electronic filing systems

Provide general administrative support as needed

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Required Experience :

Receptionist experience : 2 years

Microsoft Office proficiency : 1 year
