As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices to create a safe, therapeutic environment for patients. You'll assess patient needs, implement interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness while including families in the care process.

You'll be proactive in recognizing changes in patient conditions, coordinating care with healthcare teams, and promoting a culture of safety. Additionally, you'll be involved in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires at least 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Demonstrated ability to provide holistic patient care and effectively respond to situational changes. Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are essential. Must possess proficient computer skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
