Overview :

A fast-growing supplier to the hotel industry is seeking a full-time, in-house Account Manager & Sales Support to join our team in Monsey, NY. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of operations and client relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping a business run smoothly behind the scenes, we want to hear from you.

Role Summary :

The Account Manager & Sales Support will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, supporting the sales team, handling vendor communication, and overseeing the order process from start to finish. You'll play a central role in ensuring that daily operations are smooth, efficient, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients : manage reorders, maintain relationships, and promote repeat business

Assist with incoming leads so the sales team can focus on closing deals

Coordinate with vendors to handle samples, catalogs, and client follow-ups

Support the sales team by preparing quotes and tracking activity

Manage the full order process including payment, inventory, and shipping decisions

Oversee task tracking and communication using Asana

Help lead one-time projects and streamline internal business processes

Ensure consistent communication across the team

What We're Looking For :

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience in sales support, executive admin, or account management (wholesale or hotel supply experience a plus)

Highly organized, responsible, and self-motivated

Confident making decisions and managing multiple moving parts

Comfortable using or learning project management tools like Asana

Able to take initiative and work independently while staying connected to the team

Requirements :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems

Able to work full-time in the Monsey office (this is not a remote role)

Comfortable in a fast-moving and evolving business environment
