TITLE : ER Unit Coordinator / Nurse / RN

LOCATION : Centerburg, Ohio

What they are looking for :

Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required
Previous charge / supervisory or management experience

Hours and compensation potential :

Position is full time day shift. 7am-3 : 30pm.

Range is between $31hr(64480)-$49(101920) depending on experience. Full benefit package included as well as a 15K sign-on bonus.

What you will be doing :

Provides shift leadership and oversight for daily unit operations as designated by the Department Director.

Ensures quality of delivered patient care to patients of all ages across the life span.

Collaborates intra / interdepartmentally with staff, directors, physicians, administration and others.

Participates in patient care activities both directly and indirectly as a resource to staff members.

Delivers direct / indirect patient care. Utilizes the nursing process or designated scope of practice through data collection and assessment.

Identifies and prioritizes patient's problems and needs; and development / implementation / evaluation of a nursing plan of care (RN).

Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality age specific care. Delegates effectively to appropriate team members.

Documents accurately and in a timely manner.

Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory / accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards.
