Key Responsibilities :
Implement the employee success strategy, which includes performance management and internal mobility, as outlined by the Head of Employee Success and Senior Leadership Team.
Assist in the design, architecture and execution of large-scale performance management programs that align with business objectives, ensuring that each program addresses specific learner needs and organizational goals.
Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to assess business needs, develop impactful solutions, and optimize employee performance across the organization.
Ensure the end-to-end enablement of the performance and internal mobilityprocesses across the enterprise, facilitating continuous feedback, goal setting, and employee development.
Train managers and employees in best practices for conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop impactful employee success solutions and optimize employee performance evaluation and internal mobility across the organization.
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of performance management and internal mobility initiatives; collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring process efficiency and adoption.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on employee success metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
Ensure that employee success initiatives promote a culture of belonging, creating opportunities for all employees to thrive.
Qualifications :
12 years of progressive experience in learning / leadership / talent development, human resources, organization development or similar role and minimum of 4years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Excellent project management and organization skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while driving execution in a rapidly changing environment
Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, particularly in formatting and design
Elevates team performance by being willing to help build team comradery and going out of their way to help others
Proficient in developing executive level communications and presentations
Confidence partnering with all levels, from senior executives to entry level team members
Ability to partner and work strategically with cross-functional teams to drive overall solutions, while appropriately managing issues and risks and large-scale change management

The US national annual pay range for this role is $123,500 to $212,850
