Facility is flexible on weekly hours and shift structure. Primary need is for evening coverage.

Contract Length : 13 weeks Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS PALS preferred Required Experience / Skills : Experienced PACU RN with Phase I & Phase II recovery in an acute care hospital Prior travel experience Critical care experience required Must be able to read and interpret their own cardiac rhythms Preferred : Pediatric experience, Pre-op background, Meditech experience Patient Ratios : Phase I : 1 : 2 Phase II or Pre-op : 1 : 2 or 1 : 3 Floating : Within scope of practice. Common Case Types :

Ortho, general surgery, urology, gyn, sports medicine, breast, podiatry, spine, vascular, pediatrics. Charting : Meditech Locals : Accepted; no rate difference. IMPORTANT – Rhythm Exam : All RNs must take an 11- or 16-question rhythm exam on day one of orientation (unit-dependent). Pass / Fail. Failure = immediate contract termination. Recognition includes rhythms such as A-fib and asystole. Study guide available for FDIs.
