Job descriptionCoordinate generator installations and HVAC projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Provide an excellent first impression with customer interactions that include incoming calls, scheduling service work and appointments, and email communications. Partner with the installation and field service teams on current and upcoming projects, utilities, local inspection authorities, and contracts. Utilize internal software that includes client relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as learn new programs. Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow-ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in customer service. Proven knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades. Experience with contract and technical terminology throughout various municipalities. Computer savvy, as you'll coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet, and client relationship management (CRM) software. This job is with an independent Generac dealer and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.
