Job descriptionFamily Practice - pediatric through geriatric (Internal Medicine is also acceptable) High elderly population with multiple comorbidities Monday through Friday 8a-5p (12-1 lunch) - would consider 4 days per week for the right candidate 36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin built into schedule (not eligible for overtime, unless approved in advance) 16+ patients per day, concentration on chronic disease management EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation Supported by practice manager, nursing staff, and designated MA No state income taxes, affordable real estate and small schools. Best suited for outdoor enthusiast who prefers a quiet, friendly, close-knit community where you can see the stars, hear the birds, and breath fresh clean air!
Locum opening for APRN, PA, MD, or DO
- Provider must have experience in outpatient primary care and comfort working autonomously
- Well experienced in chronic disease management and able to have difficult conversations with patients regarding medication management and patient education
- Position to start ASAP for a (3) three month duration, with possibility of extension until permanent needs are met
- Position is for replacement of provider leaving - Full payor enrollment required.
