Job descriptionProcess and manage Florida real estate transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Review and interpret real estate contracts and title insurance requirements. Perform order entry and manage requests for surveys, lien searches, and estoppels, including addressing related matters. Fulfill lender title order requests and ensure compliance with all requirements. Maintain a pipeline of 30-40 files while meeting deadlines and delivering top-tier service. Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Experience : Proven experience in processing Florida real estate transactions and familiarity with title-related matters. Skills : High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume pipelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in ordering and addressing surveys, lien searches, and estoppels.
