Pay Range : $18 - $22 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Position :

We are currently seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our team in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pool maintenance and equipment servicing. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual looking for steady work with competitive pay.

Responsibilities :

Perform routine pool maintenance, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical balancing.
Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
Inspect and maintain proper functioning of pool systems to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Monitor and adjust chemical levels according to health and safety regulations.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding pool conditions, required repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Requirements :

Minimum 1-2 years of experience servicing pools and pool equipment.

Strong understanding of pool chemistry, equipment troubleshooting, and water balancing.

Ability to work independently and manage a service route.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications :

CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus but not required.

Experience with both residential and commercial pools.

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay range : $18 - $22 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
