Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing Respiratory Sales Senior Specialists in identifying customer needs.
Actively coach and mentor team members by delivering targeted feedback, facilitating skill development sessions, and guiding professional growth. Set a high standard of performance and accountability to address customer needs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key executives, decision-makers, and influencers across major healthcare accounts.
Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture by communicating expectations transparently, modeling open and honest dialogue, and encouraging team members to voice ideas and concerns.
Recruit, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Utilize strong account management and strategic planning skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment toward shared objectives and driving measurable results for both customers and the organization.
Ensure full compliance with our companys commercial policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent with 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams
Strong expertise in pharmaceutical sales, including strategic planning, customer engagement, and data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Valid Drivers License
15% Travel
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / MS degree
Previous experience as a Regional or District Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role
Experience with product launches and / or turnarounds is a plus.
The salary range for this role is $169,700.00 - $267,200.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
