Lifetime Products Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Mascot (Knoxville) Tennessee.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes through Lean principles and recommending equipment for the blow molding production and logistics departments on all shifts as needed. You will be part of an energetic group of professionals in a fast paced state of the art manufacturing environment. There is no relocation assistance.

Must be self-motivated proactive organized and have excellent communication skills as well as a good attitude regarding team work and working well with all team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned ) :

• Work closely with production logistics maintenance and engineering teams
• Design set up and support product assembly and packaging lines
• Analyze and optimize material flow and process efficiency
• Create and maintain routings and costing
• Develop processes and write process documents and work instructions
• Identify equipment needs
• Troubleshoot assembly and packaging equipment
• Deploy new products
