The Clinical Data Conversion Manager will help our community thrive by leading and managing integration projects, ensuring seamless technical operations, and developing innovative solutions to support Electronic Health Record transitions. The role is responsible for technical leadership, systems integration, and database management of EHR solutions, and for fostering vendor and client relationships and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable integration technologies for ambulatory systems to include data conversion and migration
- Lead technical teams to achieve efficiency and productivity improvements
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through exceptional support and solutions
- Conduct regular updates for stakeholders on team progress and project outcomes
- Design, deploy, and maintain decision support analytics for operational metrics and data visualization
- Create and enforce data governance policies to ensure high-quality data management practices
- Plan and oversee large-scale projects, including EHR implementations, system upgrades, and data migration initiatives
- Manage project deliverables, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Translate complex ideas into easily understandable themes for all technical and non-technical members of the organization
Requirements
5+ years of related healthcare industry experience.Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSMS, Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle SQL DeveloperAdvanced knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and integration toolsProven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage performanceStrong background in team training, development, and workflow optimizationCreative and analytical problem-solving skills for technical challenges and operational enhancementsDeep understanding of EHR systems, clinical data integration, and healthcare data reportingExperience leading large-scale healthcare projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Master's degree preferred.Experience working with both on-premises and cloud-based healthcare systems, experience with eCW, Athena, NextGen, and Allscripts preferredFamiliarity with integrating systems via APIs and supporting diverse healthcare platforms
