Job Description : SUMMARY

Teaches a full range of skills andknowledge required of Workforce Fast-track Healthcare Training programofferings for the Health Industry Solutions Department.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

• Provide leadership, supervision, and control of classroom activities
• Develop and implement an effective curriculum to enhance the learning options of program participants
• Monitor attendance, maintain records, score and evaluate educational performance of participants
• When appropriate identify and refer participants for supportive services to enhance student success
• Participate in training sessions and / or attend regional / state conferences for professional development when needed
• Performs other related duties as needed

Set-Rate Non-Bargaining Part-Time Position : This is a Part-Time Non-Bargaining Unit Position, with the following Set Rate of Pay : $39.00 / hour.

Special Note : If hired, you must reside in the state of Ohio and be within commuting distance of this work location / campus to respond to onsite work demands upon the employment start date and throughout the duration of your employment with the College, as outlined in 3354 : 1-40-01.1 Recruitment and Selection Procedure.
