Base pay range

$160,000.00 / yr - $350,000.00 / yr

Company overview

Replicate makes it easy to run AI in the cloud. We have a library of thousands of models that you can run with one line of code, or you can deploy your own private models without having to worry about servers or GPUs.

We’re a team from Docker, GitHub, NVIDIA, and Scale AI. We obsess about the details of API design and making things fast. We’re led by engineers and act like a startup while building a big company.

The best developer businesses are built bottoms‑up. Developers pick the best tool for the job, swipe their cards, then grow. AWS, GitHub, Twilio… it’s how you build an enduring developer business.

Replicate’s bottom‑up motion is working like a charm. We have 3.7 million users, translating into tens of millions of dollars in revenue. Many AI startups build their businesses on top of us, and we have our foot in the door of some of the biggest companies.

The next step is selling into this : identifying promising customers, getting them into production, and expanding. We already have many enterprise contracts but need to dial it in and scale.

We’re looking to hire a senior account executive who’s an expert in sales and willing to get into the weeds.

Responsibilities

  • Be an expert at the sales process : identify customers, build relationships, deliver sparkling demos, and close deals. Build playbooks, maintain the CRM, and report to the company.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must sound credible to technical founders.
  • Display founder energy. There’s no pre‑set structure; you’ll figure it out from scratch. You should be driven, self‑sufficient, and creative, with startup experience or founder background.

You will pair with Ben, the CEO, who knows the product and our customers. Together you’ll find the right product focus, target customers, and scale.

Location : In‑person, working from our beautiful office in the Mission, San Francisco.
