Job descriptionNetwork with other local agencies, organizations, and schools. Share service information with families and referral sources. Recruiting Support Talk to potential caregiver candidates about the application process at the job fairs Distribute recruiting flyers locally. Event Planning Keep a calendar of local events for the office. Let the marketer know when promotional materials are needed. Client Engagement Attend in-home client celebrations or recognition events. Reporting Send photos and event highlights to the marketing team for posting.
Primary Role : Represent Axcess Home Care in the local community, attend events, and support both client growth and recruiting.
Key Duties :
- Community Outreach
Attend local resource fairs, client events, and community gatherings.
Work with the recruiting team to help at job fairs.
Organize small local events for clients, caregivers, or awareness campaigns.
Assist potential clients / families in connecting with the right services.
Track event attendance and outcomes.
