We’re seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple fiber optic network construction projects (FTTH / FTTx) across various U.S. markets. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on project execution.

What You’ll Do :
- Lead the execution of fiber build programs from start to finish—planning, design, permitting, construction, and close-out
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
- Manage vendor partners responsible for OSP design and construction—ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
- Drive performance metrics, especially customer home-passed goals, while managing cost, quality, and schedule
- Oversee compliance with local permitting, regulatory, and municipal requirements
- Facilitate deployment meetings internally and externally to maintain alignment and momentum
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project tracking
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor project managers and field supervisors as needed
