  • Installation Support Specialist - Moorestown, NJ (Onsite)
  • Job Summary :
  • Join our team as an Installation Support Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting divisions and customers to ensure installations are completed as contracted. You'll be responsible for verifying documentation in our CRM for invoicing, closing out jobs, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

    • Essential Functions :
    • Communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process to ensure smooth completion.
    • Audit documents and system information to support the invoicing team, following established policies and procedures.
    • Follow up with customers post-installation to collect final payments and any outstanding documents needed for invoicing.
    • Handle all inbound calls, providing prompt resolution and support.
    • Collaborate with divisions to address additional service needs or gather required data and documents for job completion.
    • Close out tickets in the system, collect payment, and address any issues or damages by opening service tickets as needed.
    • Serve as the last point of contact before a job is closed out, ensuring all requirements are met.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, installers, and internal teams, including handling upset customers with professionalism and empathy.
    • Maintain attention to detail and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Utilize computer skills, including Excel and CRM systems, for documentation and communication.
    • Manage email correspondence with local offices across all 50 states.
    • Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Work Environment & Schedule :
    • Fully onsite, Monday-Friday
    • Two shifts available : 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm and 10 : 00am-6 : 30pm
    • May be required to work a Saturday every 5 weeks (9 : 30am-6 : 00pm)
    • Majority of communication is via email; phone and text communication with installers
    • Qualifications :
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (no advanced reporting required)
    • Professional communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
    • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and problem-solving skills

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
