Network Engineer

Job Description

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills :

Strong hands-on and troubleshooting experience on Cisco ACI SDA Fabric DNAC (must have skill)

Strong hands-on Routing (Cisco OSPF BGP) and Switching (Cisco Nexus and Stack switches)

Experience in investigating and troubleshooting Wireless (Cisco WLC) issues

Strong hands-on skills in deploying and managing Palo Alto Firewalls and adding / removing Panaroma

Roles & Responsibilities :

Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.

Responsible for investigating causes tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets.

Manage new and existing equipment hardware and network device software upgrades.

Understanding Network supports priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.

Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address Network related issues.

Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.

Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.

Resourceful with the ability to work independently.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
