I'm on the lookout for a hands-on strategic ICU+Med / Surg Director who can wear many hats (& maybe even a cape!). As their Director, you'll be a driving force behind their critical care / med / surg unit, blending clinical expertise with strategic vision. You'll elevate their team, inspire motivation, & ensure their patients receive top-notch care.

Requirements Include :

• 3+ Years of Leadership Experience
• BSN required, MSN preferred
• CA RN Licenser
