Looking for steady Work? Since the food truck is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we can provide you with a steady work load. Also, because this position requires you to be at different locations at various times of the day, we will provide transportation from our Food Truck Garage in Akron.

Responsibilities :

• Being punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
• Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food
• Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes
• Maintaining restaurant, vehicle, and garage cleanliness
• Maintaining appropriate portion control
• Ensuring items are well stocked
• Taking accurate food orders
• Maintaining an overall safe working condition
• Following the direction of management always
• Wear and maintain clean uniform including non-slip shoes
• Must be willing to assist in special projects as needed
