Job description

A company is looking for a Business Development Executive who drives sales and contributes to growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and identify potential clients through market research and networking

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads

Create and execute account strategies for targeted clients based on company strategy

Required Qualifications

5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in the digital industry

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Understanding of the digital BPO landscape and industry best practices

Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
