The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
• Perform diagnostics as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors by laying drop cloths during installations.
• Conduct home walk-throughs before and after installation, identify damages, and discuss with customers.
• Complete installation forms accurately for reporting and future reference.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the scope of work, questions, concerns, and problems.
• Perform start-ups on heating, cooling systems, and other components.
• Maintain safe working conditions for the installation crew.
• Adhere to all company standards, performance expectations, and ethical guidelines.
