Position Summary

Under the directsupervision of Student Engagement Manager, the qualified candidate will support the day-to-dayoperations of Louie's Lounge in the SUB. This includes assistingguests with checking out equipment and games, managing Game Room events,answering general questions, and promoting a fun environment. All dutieswill be performed in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner at alltimes.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

1. Run the rental counter, including the register, and cashhandling.

2. Balance cash drawer and perform minor accounting duties.

3. Assist with developing programs and advertisement for theLouie's Lounge.

4. Conduct inventory of supplies.

5. Collaborate with various constituents to create varioustournaments.

6. Attend Louie's Lounge Team meetings.

7. Meet and work with the Student Manager of Louie's Lounge.

8. Participate in training and workshops as made available.

9. Maintain the cleanliness of space, including billiardstables and other games.

10. Respond to thevarious needs and situations that arise and contact the appropriate personnel.

11. May perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

12. Position requires cross training & general supportfunctions as indicated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :

Ability to work in a professional, client centered, quality service environment.

Ability to work independently after training is complete.

Ability to carry out detailed tasks, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Must possess strong communication skills.

Experience with PC.
