Role

Youll be the TikTok Social Media Manager responsible for strategy, content creation, posting, community energy, and growth. Youll collaborate with the social team to boost campaigns, bring fresh ideas, and ensure our product shines on the For You Page in a way thats authentic, fun, and on-trend.

If youve been a creator yourself, youll bring sharp edits, punchy hooks, trends, and a balance of entertainment and value.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Manychats TikTok channel from strategy to execution.
• Create original short-form video content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats proactively pitch ideas to jump on them in a relevant way.
• Edit and publish videos with strong hooks, storytelling, and pacing.
• Collaborate with the social media team on campaigns, launches, and cross-platform storytelling.
• Highlight and demonstrate Manychats product features in creative, engaging ways.
• Engage with our TikTok audience responding to comments, dueting, and stitching where relevant.
• Track weekly performance metrics and optimize content based on data and insights.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content pipeline.
