Job descriptionBachelors degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering). 02 years of hands-on experience in formulation or product development (internships or lab experience preferred). Strong understanding of general science, chemistry, and physics principles. Ability to safely operate lab equipment and instruments. Assist in developing and reformulating products using scientific principles and modern lab equipment. Support pilot batch preparation, scale-up trials, and data collection for process optimization. Help create and maintain manufacturing documentation including batch records, deviations, and change controls. Participate in troubleshooting efforts and collaborate with technical staff to resolve production challenges. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Communicate effectively across departments to support cross-functional initiatives. Maintain consistent attendance and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Perform other duties as assigned. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
