JOB OBJECTIVE : The Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering communication and engagement strategies that foster an informed, connected, and motivated workforce. This role will oversee the development of internal communication materials, support employee recognition initiatives, and organize engagement events that reinforce company culture and values. The specialist will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure messaging consistency and to drive employee participation across all levels of the organization.
