Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for New Homes field execution and maintain technician efficiency and quality Collaborate with homebuilders to ensure proper execution in line with the New Homes Field Guide and Installation Manual Manage installation schedules, train crews, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the field Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of work experience in operations or project management Strong understanding of new residential construction and solar integration Experience managing a portfolio of projects Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
