Job Summary :

As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within the facility. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing; ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities :

Dusting and sweeping common areas

Remove waste and dispose of it according to company guidelines.

various general janitorial duties

Follow all safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Must be able to lift 20-50 pounds Work Environment :

This position may require standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Cold or Hot work environment depending on the time of year.
