This position is based out of our Golden Colorado facility.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician , you will play a mission-critical role in keeping our customers up and running! You’ll use your technical expertise, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair equipment to bring positive results for customers while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work alone or as a team to service and maintain various types of rotating equipment typically found in the water and wastewater industry. Frequently working under tight deadlines in the field and / or service center.
• Assist in planning, installation, repair and troubleshooting of new or modified installations for mechanical and or electrical systems.
• Utilize technical repair reports to accurately document all aspects of the repair estimate, repair and failure diagnosis, including part numbers, part descriptions, estimated labor hours, actual labor hours, and documentation of work performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work as an "Emergency Responder" on a rotation as necessary. Must be able to travel on short notice and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
• Uphold all safety practices and procedures as detailed in the company safety manuals.
• Continuous learning of products, applications, technology, market conditions and competitive advantages.
