If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are ready for a career that transforms lives, including your own, STRIDE is the place for you.

General Purpose : This Licensed Master's Level Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) provides clinical mental health services to patients in our highly integrated primary care setting. This position is entirely clinical in nature and responsibility.

Essential Duties / Position Responsibilities :

  • Deliver brief clinical interventions to STRIDE's patient population in an integrated primary care setting, including screening / assessment for behavioral health disorders, substance use concerns, stress, and / or behavioral challenges with medical regimen, and providing brief therapy services when indicated.
  • Provide sensitive mental health and substance use treatment to individuals and families from different backgrounds.
  • Contribute as a member of multidisciplinary teams (comprised of medical, dental, care coordination, health education and other BHPs) in delivering behavioral health services to STRIDE's patients.
