As a Front Desk Agent, you will organize, confirm, and process all guest check-ins and check-outs; manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations; handle payments and billing; and serve as a reliable source of information and support for every guest.
You’ll activate and distribute room keys, relay messages, respond to guest needs, and ensure each interaction reflects The Sunny’s signature service approach—warm, attentive, and authentically caring.
QUALIFICATIONS Prior cash-handling experience required.
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual Spanish / English a plus.
Must be able to perform job responsibilities without posing a direct threat to the safety of self or others.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule including AM / PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
