Custodian - Full-Time, 2nd Shift (STF3360)

Custodian Position

• Daily cleaning of buildings including dusting, cleaning windows, floors, walls, and furniture, restroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, etc. Includes the use of custodial tools and equipment.
• Maintaining the interior spaces from the ceiling to the floor. This includes cleaning light fixtures and replacing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC supply and return vents, and changing HVAC filters depending on their location.
• Assisting other employees as needed.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and / or weekend hours as necessary.
• Arriving on time for work, attending work regularly, and successfully performing the responsibilities of the position.
• Complying with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices.
• Serving actively on campus committees.
• Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the Director and / or Coordinators of the Facilities department.
