Job descriptionProvide comprehensive adult primary care services Conduct physical exams, manage chronic conditions, and treat acute issues Collaborate closely with support staff and RN team Document clinical care in Elation EMR Licensed NP or PA in New Mexico Spanish fluency required Prior experience in primary care or community health strongly preferred Setting : Outpatient Primary Care (adults only) Schedule : M–F, no weekends or holidays EMR : Elation Patient Population : Medicaid & self-pay

Position Title : Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Bilingual – Spanish)
Location : Los Lunas, NM
Shift : Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $110,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment)
- Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000 (2-year commitment)
