JOB TITLE : Full Charge Bookkeeper

SUMMARY : Performs and manages a range of accounting and financial management duties to support the financial functions of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Verifies, coordinates, and posts account receivable and account payable information; generates checks.
- Prepares financial statements, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and management reports.
- Reconciles bank and investment-related statements.
- Reconciles and closes books monthly.
- Maintains budget spreadsheets for the analysis of actual performance against budget.
- Performs and manages general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
- Performs daily banking procedures.
- Reviews evaluate and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Prepares 1099s.
- Processes payroll.
- Assists with annual audits.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific methods.Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.Commitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to manage priorities and workflowVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmAcute attention to detailProficient in QuickBooks, ADP, Microsoft officeAbility to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsCOMPETENCIES :
