About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People Services to take on a pivotal role in the organization. Key duties include drafting and implementing the budget for HR, L&D, and safety and compliance, as well as providing direction and support to the team to foster professional growth and a safety culture. Applicants must have a proven track record in leadership and management, a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and experience with various HR information systems. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and maintain a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, industry-recognized HR certifications, and a strong background in problem-solving, decision-making, and employee supervision. The Vice President of People Services will also be responsible for creating and maintaining working relationships, both internally and externally, and must be adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
