What Youll Do :

Lead and motivate a retail sales team to meet and exceed goals

Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service

Demonstrate and promote products to increase sales and brand awareness

Support customers through the entire enrollment or purchase process

Assist with merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining store appearance

Resolve customer concerns in a friendly, professional manner

What Were Looking For :

High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)

Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy retail environment

Basic computer skills (MS Office and POS systems)

Positive attitude, competitive spirit, and willingness to learn
