Job descriptionCollaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications (orally, subcutaneously, IV) and document therapeutic effects Monitor and adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret electronic displays Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and post-care instructions Perform wound care, catheter insertions, IV placements, and dressing changes Initiate corrective actions in response to patient symptoms Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions for patients Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with facility standards Current RN license in North Carolina First aid and CPR certification Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills A compassionate and patient-focused approach to nursing Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven healthcare setting
