Leadership Coach

A company is looking for a Leadership Coach to work with clients on executive coaching and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1 : 1 and group coaching to support new leaders in their transition and performance

Utilize Positive Intelligence and Predictive Index coaching tools to enhance self-awareness and team alignment

Collaborate with executive search teams to provide impactful coaching experiences for clients

Required Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in operational or talent-focused roles at the executive level

2+ years of experience as a leadership coach in high-growth corporate environments

International Coaching Federation certification at the ACC level or above

Co-Active Training Institute certification at the CPCC level or above

College degree, preferably in Psychology, Counseling, or Management
